GAURAV Spirolizer is designed specifically for positive centralization of casing pipe in highly deviated and horizontal wells. Specially designed boat shaped vanes are fitted for low friction to minimize drag forces while running the pipe. The boat shaped vanes are welded on single piece roll formed collars under controlled conditions for maximum rigidity and minimum distortions.

Spiral orientation of the vanes creates vortex flow to optimize mud displacement and minimizes pressure drop across the Spiralizer. These Centralizers are in Steel construction so as to provide superior toughness over other materials and alloys and are available in size range from 2-7/8” to 13-3/8”.
