GAURAV Non Weld Bow Centralizers are designed and developed for use in the most demanding conditions and meet or exceed the API 10-D specification. GAURAV Non Weld Bow Centralizers have high restoring force combined with low starting force for centralizing the casing pipe in vertical, deviated and horizontal wells. These centralizers reduce the effect of channeling by improving the cement flow thus resulting in uniform thickness between the wellbore and casing. The Centralizers are able to minimize gas channeling by reducing the movement of pipe before the cement sets in.
GAURAV Non Weld Bow Centralizers are fitted with High Quality Alloy Steel Bow Spring that are heat treated under controlled conditions to provide uniform hardness, consistent spring characteristics and optimum performance. The widened design of the end collars provided greater strength and prevents the bows from hitting against casing collars.
The end collars are of hinged design with specially designed high strength steel locking pins that do not work loose. Specially designed hinges, integral to the end collar, are folded on the inside so as to stay intact even under extreme stress.
Five standard bow heights make it easy configuring the Centralizer for any combination of Casing Size and Hole Dia. High restoring force combined with low starting force is achieved with all 5 bow heights. The Bows are compatible with various sizes of end collars, thus reducing inventory requirements and providing flexibility in sizing. All Centralizers undergo a special rust prevention process prior to dispatch.
The hinged design makes their installation on the casing pipe very convenient as it requires only the placement of the two assembled halves on the pipe and inserting the pin in the end collar hinge.
These Centralizers can be shipped in half-assembled condition for economical shipping and storage. Assembly at site is conveniently done. GAURAV Non Weld bow spring centralizers are available in size range from 2-7/8” to 30”. |
